Leadership Reflections
As you participate in leadership opportunities, write a brief reflection on each event that you participate in. Showcase these together with the artifacts for each event. At the end of the semester, write a longer reflective piece that connects all of your leadership experience. *As a special note - please remember to be highly respectful of others and organizations as you write these reflections. Focus on yourself and what you have learned about leading. This is not a space to complain.
Reflect (one for each leadership experience): (100-200 words) Briefly describe your role in the event. Then describe what “take aways” you learned about leadership. How could you apply these “take aways” to your next leadership experience?
Reflect: End-of-Semester Reflection - Take some time to think about all of the service and leadership you’ve done this semester since your summer orientation. Then compose a 300-500 word reflection about how this experience has changed your view of yourself, the purpose of going to college, your role as a college student, and what it means to lead.
